He grew up experiencing the famous auction markets of Zimbabwean tobacco and has extensive knowledge in all styles of auctions, including an appreciation and educational background in antiques. "As a young boy of 13 years old my father placed me in front of a crowd of bidders and said to the crowd 'ladies and gentlemen introducing the worlds youngest auctioneer' he then whispered to me in my ear 'auction! You can do it!
With both shock and excitement I reluctantly started mumbling words to the crowd and have not stopped since! I love what I do!"

Joey Burke, Hilton's brother, is currently involved in a thriving auctioning career in South Africa, having entertained many famous people in his fundraising auctions. One of his highlights was the "Nelson Mandela 46664 Charity Auction" where many famous figures atteneded including Nelson Mandela, Oprah Winfrey, Peter Gabriel, Bono and many others. As a team Hilton and Joey worked together alongside their father, David, in their family auction house in Harare, Zimbabwe with regular household and vehicle sales held four times a week as well as monthly antique and fine art auctions. Community and charity auctions were also held on a regular basis.

"I look forward to exploring the vast and unique Israeli  market, conducting many successfull sales under the gavel."
